RPM agrees to return unused goods within the allowed period when the following conditions are met:
+ Still in original packaging and packaging is not dented, 100% new…
+ Goods are not scratched, dented, damaged outside, intact stamps, labels of Goods;
+ There are full accessories and accessories included;
+ Full invoice, warranty card and documents related to the goods;
+ Party A must issue a return invoice to Party B according to the name of the item that Party B has delivered.
Time limit for exchange and return of goods: within 07 days after the two parties sign the delivery and receipt of goods.
– Method of exchange: The customer sends a written request to an authorized RPM representative. Within 3 days of receiving the Customer’s request, RPM will have an official response to the return.
– Costs incurred due to the return: borne by the Customer
In all cases, RPM’s decision on the return policy is final and binding on the parties.
