Exchange/return and refund policy
1. CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE - RETURN OF GOODS IN CASE OF GOODS REMAIN ININTACT
No exchanges or returns are allowed for goods purchased over 6 months (180 days). And can only be exchanged if the goods are still intact.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE GOODS (DENTS, RUST, etc.)
A. For customers receiving goods directly at the warehouse: During the delivery process, customers please check the condition of the goods (dents, oil leaks, etc.). If there is any problem with the goods, please notify the company immediately. Any subsequent complaints will not be resolved.
B. The company delivers goods directly to customers. Customers and Company delivery staff directly check the status of goods. After the customer signs to confirm receipt of the goods and the delivery staff leaves the delivery location, any future complaints will not be resolved. And when a problem arises with the goods, the customer immediately takes a photo of the defective product and sends it back to the company. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible in any subsequent cases.
C. In case the goods are sent to the delivery unit: Goods when delivered to the delivery unit are confirmed to be intact and not damaged. In case there is a problem with the goods, please contact the company immediately at the time of receiving the goods from the delivery unit for assistance in resolving them. Once the customer has received the goods from the delivery unit, any future complaints will not be resolved.
